Bruce
As Managing Director of Leehan Living, Bruce leads the strategic direction and overall operations of the company. With deep experience in real estate and property development, he oversees key projects, drives business growth, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality developments that align with market needs. Before founding Leehan Living, Bruce spent over a decade as a Chartered Accountant and held roles in international finance, bringing a strong foundation in accounting, financial structuring, and risk management. His leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on approach are central to Leehan Living’s continued success in a competitive property landscape.
Franklyn
Franklyn is the Contract Manager at Leehan Living, overseeing all contractual matters across the company’s development projects. His role includes the administration of NZS construction contracts, consultant and maintenance agreements, and body corporate arrangements, from procurement through to post-completion. He manages variations, claims, and contractual compliance, and oversees defects, warranties, and ongoing body corporate and property management obligations to ensure smooth project delivery and long-term asset performance.
Rachel
Rachel is the Sales and Personal Assistant to the Director at Leehan, providing high-level administrative, sales, and operational support across the business. She works closely with the Director to coordinate day-to-day activities, manage communications, and support sales processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. With strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, Rachel assists with client liaison, documentation, scheduling, and follow-ups, helping drive transactions from enquiry through to completion. Her proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities make her a key support function in the effective delivery of the company’s objectives
Emma
Emma is responsible for Interior Design and Marketing Materials at Leehan, supporting the presentation and promotion of the company’s development projects. She specialises in CAD and 3D modelling, producing high-quality visualisations that help clients clearly understand design intent, spatial layouts, and finishes. Working closely with the Director and project teams, Emma develops interior concepts, marketing collateral, and visual assets that enhance both client engagement and sales outcomes. Her strong design capability, technical proficiency, and attention to detail ensure each project is presented with clarity, consistency, and a high level of professionalism.
