Before founding Leehan Living, Bruce spent over a decade as a Chartered Accountant and held roles in international finance, bringing a strong foundation in accounting, financial structuring, and risk management. His leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on approach are central to Leehan Living’s continued success in a competitive property landscape.
Sean
Sean is the Development Manager at Leehan Living, overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of the firm’s property development projects. With a strong background in project delivery and stakeholder management, Sean works across design, construction, and finance teams to ensure developments are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. His ability to manage complex workflows, navigate regulatory processes, and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors is key to the successful execution of each project.
Nicola
As Marketing Manager of Leehan Living, Nicola leads the firm’s sales and marketing strategy, driving revenue growth and strengthening market presence across all development projects. With strong experience in real estate sales and a deep understanding of market trends, she ensures successful project sell-through and builds lasting client relationships.
Nicola joined Leehan Living in 2025 to lead the sales and marketing efforts for the Sero Tower project. Her results-driven approach and strategic insight play a key role in positioning the development for commercial success.
Kat
Kat is the Marketing Specialist and Personal Assistant to Bruce, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations at Leehan Living. With a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, she plays a key role in executing campaigns, coordinating client communications, and supporting project sales. Kat also provides direct support to Bruce, managing schedules, correspondence, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Her attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills make her an invaluable part of the team.
